Get Rid of Your Double Chin Without Surgery or Injections

Get Rid of Your Double Chin Without Surgery or Injections | LAA double chin is one of the most frustrating parts of getting older and gaining weight. Diet and exercise do little to address this small area, so many men and women choose plastic surgery such as liposuction or non-surgical alternatives such as Kybella® injections to reduce and eliminate fat beneath their chin. However, the makers of CoolSculpting™ have developed an even easier, and non-invasive option to treat your double chin, CoolSculpting Mini™.

The CoolSculpting Mini™ is FDA-cleared to treat double chins and uses the same fat-freezing technology as CoolSculpting™ to give you noticeable results in just one or two visits to our Los Angeles office.

How Does CoolSculpting Mini™ Work?

Our cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Rebecca Fitzgerald, will answer all your CoolSculpting Mini™ questions during your initial consultation to make sure this non-invasive treatment is right for you. Then we will schedule your CoolSculpting Mini™ appointment which will take around 60-90 minutes. The CoolSculpting Mini™ applicator is much smaller and more comfortable than the CoolSculpting® apparatus. The handpiece is curved to fit the small area beneath your chin to target those fat cells. The technology uses cold temperatures to safely freeze and kill fat cells, which are naturally eliminated by your body in the weeks or months following your CoolSculpting under chin treatment.

You may require two treatments to reach your desired look, but many of our patients with minimal fat deposits under the chin are happy with their outcome three weeks after the first treatment. Your full results will settle in approximately three or four months later.

If you’re tired of your double chin, please contact our dermatologist in Los Angeles to see if CoolSculpting Mini™ is right for you. Schedule your consultation today by calling 323-464-8046. Rebecca Fitzgerald, MD serves clients in L.A., Beverly Hills, Larchmont and nearby California areas.
