Rebecca Fitzgerald M.D.

Dr. Rebecca Fitzgerald is a Board Certified Dermatologist with the American Board of Dermatology. She is licensed in California, New York, Nevada, Florida, Massachusetts, Louisiana and Hawaii. Dr. Fitzgerald is a Master International Training physician for Sculptra and is a member of the Medical Education Faculty for Allergan (Juvederm, Botox)  and the Medical Education Faculty for Merz (Radiesse). She is on the Advisory Board for Valeant Pharmaceuticals, an assistant editor for the Journal of Drugs and Dermatology and on the Steering Committee for Advances in Beauty, Medscape. Dr. Fitzgerald has been practicing Dermatology since 1995 and is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at UCLA.

She is particularly active in the development of training videos for her medical peers and travels extensively to present at a wide variety of national and international professional association meetings. Dr. Fitzgerald is the most requested training physician for Sculptra both here and abroad.

Dr. Ray Jalian
Dr. Ray Jalian

Dr. Ray Jalian, Board Certified Dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology, brings to the practice some impressive credentials. With a Dermatology Fellowship at Harvard/Mass General following his medical training at UCLA and Cedars Sinai, Dr. Jalian has acquired particular skills with fractional laser. His laser specialties include:

Dr. Jalian graduated phi beta kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelors of science degree in microbiology, immunology and molecular genetics. He attended medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha.

He served as chief resident at UCLA followed by a clinical fellowship at the Wellman Center of Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Research interests include pathogenesis and treatment of acne and vascular malformations.

Prior to joining the practice, Dr. Jalian was on staff at UCLA Department of Medicine in Santa Monica.

Dr. Helen Fincher
Dr. Helen Fincher

Dr. Helen Fincher is a Board Certified Dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology. She received her MD from the University of Tennessee, Memphis with Highest Honors followed by dermatology training at Stanford University. Since completing her residency, Dr. Fincher has over 15 years of experience in general & cosmetic dermatology. She has worked in both private practice as well as in academia, serving on the faculty at Stanford University and as a clinical faculty member at UCLA.

Dr. Fincher also has extensive experience with non-invasive skin tightening procedures along with the latest skin rejuvenation techniques using chemical peels, BOTOX® Cosmetic and injectable fillers.

Angela Sarff, FNP, APRN
Angela Sarff

Angela Sarff is an indispensable member of our medical and cosmetic team. She is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP,) Registered Nurse (RN), and Certified Dermatology Nurse (DNC).

Angela's areas of expertise include laser treatments and cosmetic dermatology. She sees patients for consultations and performs IPL Photofacials, Ultherapy, Laser Genesis, Exilis, Thermage, Fraxel, Clear+Brillint, microneedling, CoolSculpting and Laser Hair Reduction procedures. She received her BA from UCLA in English and Comparative Literature and her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of California, Irvine.

Prior to coming to our practice, Angela worked at Keck Medical Center of USC in Surgical Intensive Care. She holds a Dermatology Nurse Certification through the Dermatology Nurse’s Association and has demonstrated requisite skills in General Dermatology, Surgical Dermatology and Phototherapy.

Angela enjoys the fast-paced environment of Dr. Fitzgerald’s office and comments, “I love working with lasers because of their powerful results. There is tremendous satsfaction in helping improve patients’ self esteem via their skin.”

Rebekah Letsinger, Practice Manager and Aesthetician
Rebekah Parga Letsinger

Bekah has been a licensed Aesthetician in the state of California since 2014. She also holds the NCEA certification demonstrating advanced training standards equivalent to a Master Esthetician license.

Bekah is a trained ballet and modern dancer who spent many years as a performer before transitioning into a career as an aesthetician. This involvement in performance and the arts culminated in her overall interest in the aesthetic industry, with focuses on make-up and styling for editorial shoots.

A graduate of Santa Monica College’s Aesthetician Program, Bekah is our chief Medical Aesthetician and office manager. Prior to joining the practice she also studied make-up application for high fashion and film at MKC Beauty Academy. After graduating, she worked as a freelance make-up artist in Los Angeles, California. While working with a variety of clientele her interest in skincare deepened.

Bekah performs Diamond Glow, Oxygen Facials, Chemical Peels and HydraFacial procedures and develops customized skin care regimens for maintaining our patients' healthy youthful skin.
