Target everything from dull skin and pigmentation to deep lines, scarring, and age-related looseness with the unparalleled power of an ablative laser.
Scared of CO2 /ablative laser? We completely understand! For decades, the idea of a laser that actually vaporizes tissue has equated to pain and long downtime. But…
Unlike traditional “hot lasers” like CO2, which often require days of recovery, UltraClear allows us to treat a wide range of concerns quickly and comfortably, with visible improvements to skin texture, tone, and firmness.
This advanced, FDA-cleared laser technology works by delivering energy to precise layers of your skin, from the surface right through to the deeper layers. By gently vaporizing dull, damaged skin and stimulating fresh collagen production beneath the surface, UltraClear helps smooth fine lines, sagging skin, fade hyperpigmentation (including melasma and age spots), and reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.
We use UltraClear across all skin types and tailor each treatment to your skin’s needs—whether you’re looking to soften wrinkles, refresh tired skin, or improve acne scarring. With reduced downtime and clinically proven results, it’s quickly taking a front-row seat in laser resurfacing.

It’s simple: better results, minimal downtime, and safe for all skin types and colors. Get the results of a traditional ablative laser with less pain, less downtime, and less prolonged redness and swelling.
UltraClear® is a next-generation cold ablative fiber laser that resurfaces the skin with unmatched precision.
The technology uses a unique erbium-doped fluoride fiber to generate a “cold” laser beam that creates microscopic channels in the skin. This triggers rapid cellular turnover and deep collagen remodeling. Minimal heat generation via micro-channeling of the laser beam makes Ultraclear an option for all skin types.
“The biggest reason most patients bypass the benefits of laser resurfacing is the prospect of pain and downtime,” says Dr. Jalian. “Ultraclear’s technology offers a major reduction in both. Treatments can be as quick as 10 minutes, with a low discomfort level, quicker healing, and procedure levels that can be tailored to your downtime tolerance, even for deeper goals of wrinkle reduction and tissue reduction.”

Phase 1: Immediate Post-Treatment thru Day 3
What to expect: Redness, warmth, and a mild sensation similar to a sunburn.
Temporary swelling is common, particularly around the eyes and mouth.
Care routine: Rest, avoid heat exposure, and keep the skin deeply hydrated as directed.
Phase 2: The Healing & Shedding Phase (Days 3-7)
What to expect: Your skin will begin to darken slightly and develop a rough, sandpaper-like texture. This is a healthy sign of microscopic skin turnover. Flaking and peeling typically peak between days 4 and 7 as damaged cells make way for fresh skin. Most patients are makeup-ready at 5 days.
Care routine: Do not pick, scrub, or peel the skin manually.
“Allowing your skin to naturally exfoliate is very important. Picking at peeling skin will compromise your overall results and cause irritation.”

Care routine: Your skin will be highly sensitive to UV rays and harsh skincare products.
Makeup Application: You can safely apply makeup as soon as the skin has fully healed and peeling has completely resolved.

Skin with more pigment has always been a challenge for laser treatment. The technology built into UltraClear offers opens the door for skin of color and skin that normally would be deemed too sensitive to laser heat stress.
