Halo and Broadband Light
Combination procedures can make a remarkable difference in achieving the results you want.
A particularly beneficial combination is Halo Laser and BBL (IPL with customizable filters).
BBL is a light source. Discolorations of red and/or brown are easily minimized with broad band light alone. You may be more familiar with the terms IPL, Intense pulsed light or Photofacial – all of which are essentially the same. Sciton’s BBL is different because there are a wide array of color specific filters. This lets us treat ONLY the discoloration that’s problematic, rather than all colors the “every wavelength” of typical IPL devices seek to remove. Maybe you LIKE those quite freckles but only want to get rid of some brownish splotches. BBL photofacial allows that unique filtering capability.
Halo is a fractional laser with its own skillset and can help you achieve skin that is smoother, brighter and more reflective. The combination of the two is a perfect match.
